A New Stage in the Development of Management Theory -- People- oriented Management

Human being is the first important factor in the management,for which the concept of focusing on the human factors must be formed in every activity of management.This paper makes an introduction of the development of management theory and expounds the necessity of the formation of the concept from three aspects.The author concludes that management is a complicated system engineering,which includes that of behavior norms,interests prompting,mental attitudes and image.
