| 摘 要： | 本文论述了钢丝绳断丝定量检测中径向随机晃动误差存在的必然性及该误差对定量检测的影响,基于模拟实验结果,给出了适用于多种类型钢丝绳的V_H-S数学关系式;提出了波形因素的概念与形式,并用软件实现了钢丝绳断丝定量检测中径向随机晃动误差的补偿。

| Abstract: | The inevitability of radial random fluctuation that occurs during the quantitative inspection of broken strands and its effect on inspection when the electromagnetic flaw detecting method is used are discussed. In order to imporve the accuracy, a relation between "s", the distance from the surface of wi,re rope to Hall elements, and"VH" the Hall voltage output of the elements, has been obtained by simulation tests. The concept of a form factor ijs proposed and the software has been developed for error compensation for the radial random fluctuation. Test results show that the method proposed is effective. |
