牙轮钻头滑动轴承的工作情况及磨损机理

摘    要:本文在各种试验的基础上,分析了牙轮钻头滑动轴承的磨损机理。钻头滑动轴承由于承载高、转速低、难于在滑动面形成连续的润滑膜,从而使轴承处于边界润滑状态,它的主要磨损失效形式为粘着磨损、疲劳磨损和磨粒磨损。轴承副的类型、材质、硬度、显微组织等均会影响轴承的磨损性能。本文还探讨了如何提高牙轮钻头滑动轴承的寿命和转速问题。

Abstract:The wear mechanism of rock bit bearings is discussed on the basis of the results from a variety of experiments. Because of heavy load and low peed of rotation, it is difficult for rock bit bearings to form a fluid film between the sliding surfaces, and, therefore, they may be in boundary lubrication. The failure of rock bit bearings is mainly caused by adhesive wear, and abrasive wear. The working capacity of rock bit bearings depends on their materials, hardness, microstructure and their structure. The problem of lengthening the rock bit service life and increasing the rotation speed is also mentioned in this article.
