石油牙轮钻头滑动轴承的渗硼试验研究

摘    要:本文介绍了两种不含BC的渗硼配方。用它对牙轮钻头滑动轴承进行渗硼时,可得到脆性较低的FeZB单相组织,渗层深0.12~0.17mm。文章在对渗硼前后施以不同热处理所得过渡区的组织进行分析的基础上提出:当牙轮内孔进行渗硼时,可采用具有一定过盈量的套圈进行先渗碳,后渗硼,正火处理后,压入牙轮内孔中。文章最后介绍了几种不同摩擦副的磨损试验情况,提出用牙轮内孔渗硼代替银锰合金与堆焊耐磨合金的牙爪轴颈构成摩擦副,从经济效果和使用性能上讲,都是适宜的。

Abstract:In this paper we introduce two groups of compounds for boriding,in which there is no B4C.When the journal bearing of the cone bit is borided in this way,a less brittle single phase Fe2B layer is obtained.In the second part of the paper we show some experiment results of several wear couples.Besides,we piont out that it is possible to substitute the borided ipening rfo that made up of silver-manganese alloy and that the wear couple of the borided opening and the journal neck of the bit leg made of wear-resieting alloy works very well.
