超高强高性能混凝土配合比设计方法

摘    要:基于超高强高性能混凝土(HPC)配制试验数据拟合出胶水比公式系数,并借鉴前人经验,引入水化活性因子,以及确定胶凝材料、砂、石和外加剂用量,从而提出了超高强HPC配合比设计方法.应用该方法设计出C90和C100超高强HPC配合比,并采用珠三角地区常见的原材料及通用制备工艺进行实验配制,得出的立方体抗压强度和塌落度都满足要求.该方法计算过程简明,便于工程技术人员的设计操作.
