| 摘 要： | 探讨了沙田柚花粉离体(invitro)萌发的优化条件,结果表明,最适合沙田柚花粉离体萌发的培养基组分为:15%蔗糖,0.02%硫酸镁,0.01%硝酸钾,0.03%硝酸钙,0.01%硼酸,20%PEG-6000,pH5.6.
