摘    要:本文通过7个甘蓝型油菜品种在不同角果发育时期的角果皮内淀粉与可溶性糖含量,角果皮内淀粉酶活性以及角果皮内^32P向籽粒的运输强度,发现油菜角果内同化物的转运和分配是受角皮内淀粉酶活性调控的,角果皮内淀粉酶活性调控淀粉可溶性糖的转变,并进而影响同化物向籽粒的运输强度。

Abstract:This paper analysed the content of starch and soluble sugars in pericarp, the amylase activities in pericarp and 32P transport intensity of 7 rapeseed varieties (Brassica napus L. ) in different pod growth stages. and found that the amylase activity in pericarp was a key regulating factor. The amylase activety in pericarp not only regulated the transformation of starch to soluble sugars. but also affected the transport intensity of assimilates to seeds.
