媒体愿景理论的提出与建构

摘    要:我国媒体处于一个特殊的转型时期,在转型当中面临的主要矛盾和困惑是什么?又该如何解决?媒体愿景的提出为回答这一问题提供了一种新思路.研究提出:媒体实行愿景管理,建设愿景导向的媒介组织,塑造我国媒体的共同愿景,对于我国媒体的改革和媒介产业的转型具有重要的方向性意义和价值.
