| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨乳腺内钙化的X线诊断价值。方法 :5 2例患者接受乳房钼钯摄片检查 ,所有良、恶性病变都经手术病理证实。结果 :有 12例乳腺癌及 40例乳腺良性病变 ;良、恶性病变乳腺内钙化的形态不相同。结论 :乳腺内的钙化形态有助于乳腺良、恶性病变的鉴别诊断

| Abstract: | Objective: To assess the diagnostic value of calcification in the breast.Methods: The breast mammography were performed on 52 patients. All cases were confirmed as breast benign or malignant disease by operative pathology.Results: 12 cases are cancer of breast, 40 cases are benign diseases of breast, their morphologic appearances of calcification in the breast are different. Conclusion: The morphologic appearance of calcification in the breast is very helpful in differential diagnosis between malignant and benign tumour. |
