高压曲轴连杆式低速大转矩液压马达滑靴副设计方法

摘    要:介绍了一种采用静压支承的曲轴连杆式低速大转矩液压马达滑靴副的高压化设计方法.与传统的静压支承结构相比,增加了油室面积以保证液压马达启动时油膜的形成,采用合适直径的阻尼孔以补偿粘温效应.通过数值求解雷诺方程的方法对油膜形成过程进行了仿真,并通过试验证明了该设计方法是有效的.

Abstract:A high pressurized design method of slipper pairs of a new type camshaft connecting-rod low speed high torque motor was put forward.Compared with the traditional hydrostatic bearing structure,the area of slipper pair piston chamber is enlarged to ensure the formation of lubrication film while hydraulic motors starting,and a small diameter of damper is used to compensate the thermal viscidity effect.The process of lubrication film formation was simulated by numerical calculating Reynold equation.The experimental results prove the effectiveness of the new design method.
