| 摘 要： | 以高校外语教师参加海外培训的经历为研究资料,阐述高校外语教师接受海外职业培训的意义、内容及途径,重点探讨跨文化交际背景下,培训计划中的缺憾、问题,以及其产生的根源和改善的可能性,以期为今后更好地长期开展高校外语教师海外培训项目提供建设性建议。

Its meaning, content and channels of the program, problems in the program in the context of Intercultural communication are discussed. At the same time the suggestions to the overseas training program are proposed. |
