安徽贝母的组织培养及细胞组织学观察

安徽贝母鳞茎不同部位的切块均可通过组织培养再生成完整的植株。不同组织及器官的发生需经不同培养基的诱导。鳞茎的休眠状态可为低温所打破。对鳞茎不同部位的再生能力进行了比较。对其愈伤组织形成、组织分化、器官发生以及在此过程中淀粉粒的变化及其生理意义进行了研究。

TISSUE CULTURE AND REGENERETION OF Fritillaria anhuiensis

Any Pieces cutting from the bulb of Fritillaria anhuinesis can be regenerated into complete plants by the tissue culture, using different kinds of medium generation of different tissues and organs (the callus bub and root) has been induced. The dormancy of the bulb can be broken at low temperature. The regeneration of different parts of the bulb has its polarity. The explants of different culture stages have been made into paraffin sections, The formation of callus, histogenesis and organogenesis as well as some biochemical variations and physiological sense were studied.
