| 摘 要： | 当前，地方高校的学生思想呈现多样化、多变化和复杂性。学生思想政治工作者只有与时俱进，准确地掌握学生的思想特点，积极探索思想政治工作的途径和方法，与时俱进，准确地掌握学生的思想特点，采取有针对性的思想教育方法，才能使思想政治教育工作立于不败之地。
