光测实验平台的控制驱动系统

摘    要:介绍了一种基于80C31 微控制器的光测实验平台控制和PZT器件高压驱动的组合系统.此系统可以通过串口通讯与一台PC机一起构成一个灵活的两级控制系统,实现光测实验中的多维移动平台定位、光路调节、PZT器件驱动和图象采集分析等功能的自动一体化.首先介绍了系统的硬件结构和软件功能,阐述了两级控制的框架设计思想,然后详细分析了系统的模块化、对象化设计的特点,最后给出了系统精度的定量描述.

Abstract:A novel controlling and driving system for the experimental platform of optical measurement which is based on the microcontroller 80C31 is introduced. A flexible controlling system with two levels can be constructed by making it communicate with a PC via the serial ports, which can carry out the whole process of multi dimentional shifting platform orientation, optical path adjustment and image grabbing and analyzing automatically. The structure of the hardware and the functions of software is introduced and the idea of designing the controlling system with two levels is interpreted. Then the characteristcs of modulization and object oriented designing of the system are analyzed in detail. Lastly the precision of the system is described quantitively.
