| Abstract: | By means of the potential method and the principle of quality distrbution the Hausdorff dimension of the M adic random Cantor sets associated with the random substitution in d are calculated, and the branching processes theory is employed to find the necessary and sufficient conditions for M adic random Cantor sets to be nonempty with positive probability. |
