| 摘 要： | 横梁部件是龙门加工中心的关键部件,横梁上悬挂着主轴系统,横梁部件的变形对整机的性能有直接的影响。在建立横梁部件实体模型和有限元模型的基础上,通过ANSYS Workbench进行横梁部件的静态分析,为横梁部件的结构改进提理论指导,从而提高龙门加工中心的静态特性。
