| Abstract: | The interpretation of the Supreme Peoples Procuratorate on the offence of whoring the girls under 14 years old stipulates that knowing the age of the prostituted girls is one essential condition of the offence. It goes against the real intention of the legislation and is no good for the operation in practice and thepunishment of the offence. |
