摘    要:探讨了高速埋弧焊焊缝咬边的机理、影响因素和解决途径。研制了一种新型的焊速可大于80m/h的高速埋弧焊烧结焊剂,并介绍了这种焊剂的性能。阐述了焊接工艺参数的焊剂成份对高速焊焊接工艺性的影响。利用这种焊剂对16Mn和20g材料进行了焊接工艺实验评定,结果表明:利用这种焊剂可以解决高速焊咬边和焊接工艺性的问题,并能满足压力容器和锅炉钢焊接要求,是一种较为理想,可推广使用的焊剂。

Abstract:In this paper, the mechanism of the process of forming undercutting in high speed submrged arc welding, the factors affecting the process and the ways of solving undercutting are investigated. A new type of agglomerative flux for high speed submerged arc welding is developed,its welding speed can reach 80 m/h or even higher. The welding process properities of the new flux are also presented. The effect of welding parameters and compositions of the new flux on process properities is explained and clarified. A series of process experiments are carried out for 16Mn and 20 g steels by using the new flux. The results show that the problems of undercutting in high speed welding can be solved by the new flux, which is an ideal flux and able to meet the welding demands of pressure vessel and boiler steels. Therefore, the new flux is well worth popularizing.
