化学分类法在淡水超微型浮游植物多样性研究中的应用

摘    要:超微型浮游植物是指粒径在0.2-5μm的浮游植物,它包括全部的微微型浮游植物和粒径在2-5μm的微型浮游植物。基于色素分析的化学分类法操作简便、自动化程度高、可进行大规模和高通量样品分析;利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)能够很好地对色素进行分析,对藻类的种类和粒径没有限制。本文在讨论淡水超微型浮游植物重要生态功能及其研究现状的基础上,综合分析和比较了几种淡水超微型浮游植物研究方法的优、缺点,结合典型案例分析,重点阐述了化学分类法在淡水超微型浮游植物分类分析中的应用特点,并对配套的算法进行了深入地讨论和分析,在此基础上讨论了HPLC-CHEMTAX的优势、难点及未来的工作方向。

Abstract:Ultraphytoplankton was defined as size classes planktonic organisms between 0.2μm and 5μm, including all of the picoplankton and part of the nanoplankton whose size was between 2μm and 5μm. Chemotaxonomy based on photosynthetic pigments analysis was facile,highly automated, in addition, the techniques has led to a realization of large - scale and high throughput sample analysis. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of pigments were effectively conducted by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). More importantly, pigments analysis by HPLC, the class and size of the phytoplankton were unlimited. The significance of the freshwater ultraphytoplankton and its advance was reviewed. The advantages and disadvanta- ges of several analysis methods for studying the freshwayer ultraphytoplankton were also assessed and compared with one anoth- er. With several typical cases, the application of the chemotaxonomy and its equivalent algorithm for the ultraphytoplankton was illuminated. Further, the characteristics 、difllculties and the future direction of the HPLC - CHEMTAX were also dis- cussed comprehensively.
