试论北京城市社区服务的发展趋势

北京市的城市社区服务经过 1 0多年的发展 ,现已得到政府的重视和社会的支持 ,社区工作队伍不断扩大 ,社区服务管理手段日益现代化、法制化 ,社区中的各项设施已具有一定规模 ,初步形成网络 ,但仍滞后于群众需求 ,社区服务发展不平衡 ,居民的满意度尚不太高。根据北京城市社区服务的发展现状和今后发展的宏观背景 ,北京城市社区服务将在今后 1 0年中呈社区服务功能强化、服务设施完善配套、形成社区服务良性运行机制、社区服务人员专业化的发展趋势。

Tentative Discussion About the Trend of Development of Urban Community Services in Beijing

After developing for more than the years,urban community services of Beijing have got great attention from the government and extensive supports from the society,and the number of community workers have increased greatly.Besides,the management methods of community services have been modernized and legalized,many necessary facilities have been equipped in the communities,and preliminarily forms a network,but all these still cannot meet the demands of the mass.The development of community services has not balanced,so the degree of satisfaction of the inhabitants has not been very high.According to the present condition and macro background of future development,urban community services of Beijing in the next ten years will develop in the trend of emphasizing the function of community services,service facilities well equipped,community services system well operated and community services personnel well trained and specialized.
