摘    要:在一种基于H.263协议的以太网数字视频监控系统中,为实现实时视频查询,设计了一套基于用户数据报协议的数据包格式,保证了上层应用程序的可靠性.实现一个支持可变码率视频的缓冲区,分析了其内部实现机制.建立视频的秒级索引,实现了实时视频流的秒级查询和回放.分析了实时视频查询误差产生的原因.经过长时间测试,证明系统稳定可靠,缓冲区参数选择正确,设计方案合理.

Abstract:In order to implement real-time video querying in an Ethernet digital video monitoring system based on H.263 protocol, a set of data-packet format was designed based on UDP (User Datagram Protocol), which assures the reliability of the system. A video buffer was implemented which supports variable bit-rate video, the inner mechanism was analyzed. The second-level index was established, and the second-level querying and playing back of real time video stream were realized. The reason of the error of real time video querying was analyzed. A long time testing was carried out and the result shows that the system is very stable and the parameters of the buffer are selected rightly, the scheme design is sound.
