| Abstract: | Chinese chemistry is a science with a long history, and China is one of the cradles of chemistry research. She has contributed very much to the emergeue, formation and development of the world chemistry research. With the purpose of promoting the development of chinese chem- istry, this article will make a discussion on the course, achievement and problems of the develop- ment of the chemistry, based on the clue of clivision of the development phases of chinese chem- istry-ancient period (before 1840), modern period (1840-1949) and contempory period (from 1949 till now). |
