| 摘 要： | 1890--1914年间，美国联邦政府在群众反托拉斯运动的推动下，制定并执行了反托拉斯政策。反托拉斯政策的执行在一定程度上纠正了托拉斯制度的弊端，稳定了社会秩序，促进了垄断资本主义的发展，并为此后反托拉斯政策的发展奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | From 1890 to1914, the federal government of the United States,made and carried out the antitrust policy,pushed by the people's antitrust campaign.Carrying out the antitrust policy corrected the mistake of the trust system to some extent, stabilized social orders, promoted the development of the monopoly capitalism and laid a foundation for the development of the antitrust policy. |
