摘    要:
以膜相中D2EHPA[磷酸二(2-乙基已基)酯]为载体,煤油为有机溶剂,N-205为表面活性剂,内相中以1.5mol/,的盐酸为试剂,高速剪切制乳;在喷射提取往内,用1L,乳状液对6L左右的初始浓度为21g/L左右的外相L-Phe(基丙氨酸)水溶液进行了3次提取,第1次提取后,内相平均浓度达120g/L左右,外相最后平均浓度为0.95g/L左右;每次提取后,液膜破裂率均小于1%,溶胀询小于22%.

Abstract:
Using D2EHPA as a carrier, kerosene as a organic solvent, N-205 as a sarfac-tart. and 1. 5 mol /L HCl aq as internal phase reageht. the emulsion was prepared by highshear. The extraction and concenttation was completed in the spurt extraction colurnn, andthe concentration of the internal ard the external phases could reach about 120 g/I- and0. 95 g/L, as to the original external solution of 21 g /L, L-phelalarine, after the first timeand the third time extraction respectively. The membrane breakage and the emulsion swellingwere also small.
