中国的改革以农村改革为突破口,农村经济体制改革的基本经验是从不自觉到自觉走上社会主义市场经济的道路。改革开放以来,中国经济发展奇迹之所以出现,农村的稳定发展功不可没。然而,近年来农村各项事业发展相对滞后,＂三农＂问题日益显现。解决当下的＂三农＂问题,是我国走向现代化进程中最艰巨的任务,是我国全面建设小康社会的重中之重,也是当下进行新农村建设的必由之路。

Rural reform is the breakthrough of China＇s reform.The basic experience of rural economic reform is taking the socialist market economy path from unconscious to conscious.The stability and development of rural economy has devoted great deal to China＇s economic miracle since the reform and opening up.However,in recent years the rural development has lagged behind,and the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers become more and more noticeable.To solve the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers are the most difficult tasks in the modernization process of China,and the must to construct a new countryside.
