| 摘 要： | 计算机辅助电路分析软件－ＰＳＰＩＣＥ是一种分析功能极强的软件包，文章用ＰＳＰＩＣＥ软件，对电压源型逆变电路进行了稳态分析，为了有效地缩短仿真时间和降低出现了收敛情况的可能性，提出了简化开关模型及逆变电路宏模型，文中着重阐明了开关函数的分析方法和采用简化开关模型的仿真电路，并给出了与实际测量相吻合的仿真结果。

| Abstract: | The personal computer simulation program with integrated emphasis (PSPICE) software is a program with a very strong analysis function.The static state of a voltage source type inverter was analysed with PSPICE software.For shortening the simulation time effectively and reducing the possibility of non convergence, a simplified switch model and a micro model are introduced,Emphasis is put on the switch function analysis method by using a simulation circuit of a simplified switch and simulation results are presented which are in good agreement with measured data. |
