用插值法计算混合气体放电参数的适用条件及判据

阐述了气体放电的基本物理参数、群集参数和临界放电场强间的关系，并分析了用插值法计算混合气体放电参数的条件．提出了一个简单判据，可以检验插值法是否适用于某一混合气体的电子碰撞电离系数和电子附着系数的计算．实验表明，只要这一判据得到近似满足，就可以在临界放电场强的计算中取得满意的结果

CRITERION OF APPLICABILITY OF INTERPOLATION TO CALCULATION OF DISCHARGE PARAMETERS FOR GAS MIXTURES

This paper analyses the relationship between the basic physical parameters, the swarm parameters of gas discharges and the critical breakdown strength, and clarifies the applicability of interpolation to calculations of different discharge parameters for gas mixtures. A simple criterion is presented for examining whether the Wieland approximation applies to a certain gas mixture. Experiments show that the calculated critical breakdown strength of SF 6 gas mixtures is in agreement with the measured value when the proposed criterion is nearly valid.
