摘    要:讨论了自由曲面计算机辅助检测的有关问题,提出了按加工能力及规定的公差范围确定检测点数量的方法,按曲率及预报的加工误差确定自由曲面上检测点的分布,使检测点的分布更为合理在检测路径仿真时引入了虚形体的概念,为检测路径的仿真奠定了数学基础在检测结果分析时提出了一种新的面轮廓度评定的方法

Abstract:This paper presents a method that can determine the sample points which can closely represent the entire population based on manufacturing process capability(accuracy)and tolerance specification,and determine the distribution of sample points based on curvature and forecast dimensional machining error.The swept volume is used in the simulation of probe path.The comparative analysis method im which measurement data are compared against specified tolerances is also presented,which is one of the most important tasks in dimensional inspection of manufactured parts.
