液氮在弦月形通道中沸腾传热强化实验研究

摘    要:首次利用极限偏心圆管形成的弦月形通道在液氮池中进行了两相流沸腾传热实验研究,实验结果表明,当热流密度达到9kW/m^2时,弦月形通道内的传热温差仅为1.1K,传热性能达到了目前一致公认的沸腾传热系数最高的烧结多孔表面管的同等水平,而其制造工艺、生产成本和运行操作等方面却大大优于后者。

Abstract:An experimental study on the boiling heat transfer of two-phase flow in a innate channelis carried out for first time. The experimental results show that the heat transfer temperature difference is only 1. 1 K when the heat flux approaches to 9 kW/m2 for the lnnate channel. Its heat transfer characteristic is considered to be the same level as the sintered poroussurface of a tube which is recognized to have the best characteristic of heat transfer amongvarious methods for heat transfer enhancement at present. Additionally, it is easy to be manufactured. It also has a lower cost and is much convenient to be operated in comparisonwith the sintered porous surface of a tube.
