| 摘 要： | 在传统的食品和酿造工业中，酿酒酵母（Saccharomycescerevisiae）占有十分重要的地位。如今，这种简单的单细胞真核生物已成为遗传研究的一种模式。本文简要综述了重组DNA技术应用于酿酒酵母遗传操作的研究进展，并指出了重组DNA技术作为新的遗传操作的手段，其应用性明显优于经典的遗传操作方法.

| Abstract: | Saccharomyces cerevisiae is traditionally used as a workhorse of the brewing and baking industries,and now widely used as a model organism in the study of gene structure,function and regulation. In this article the methods for rec0mbinating DNA of S. cerevisiae are reviewed. Furthermore,the application of recombinant DNA techniques in the genetic manipulation of S. cerevisiae is now largely preferred to the classic genetic methods. |
