摘    要:职业生涯中期,是个人生命运行中任务最重,压力最大,也是最能取得事业成功的时期.由于身心特征发生很大变化,职业--家庭--自我事务之间关系难于平衡,往往会出现职业生涯的危机,因此,必须采取得力措施加以应对,才能走出困境,实现自己的职业目标.

Abstract:The middle phase of employees' career is a period in which they bear the toughest task and pressure and most probably make their achievements. Because great physical and mental changes happen, they find it hard to keep a balance among job, family and their own affairs and as a result, they often suffer a crisis. Therefore, they should take effective measures to get out of the trouble and to realize their goals in their career.
