摘    要:教学过程中“教师是主导,学生是主体”这一论断是多年来教育理论的误区。本文从哲学、心理学、教学实践和时代发展等方面分析并指出,教师在教学过程中起“指导者”或“领路人”的作用,不是“主导”作用。

Abstract:It is a wrong inference in educational theory that "Teachers play a leading role while stude-nts are the main body" in teaching process.From the aspects of philosophy,psychology,teaching pra-ctice and the development of the times,this article analyses and points out that teachers should be the"directors" or "guides" but not the "leaders" during teaching process.
