旅游野外实习教学设计与应用研究

通过旅游管理专业的本科旅游野外实习容易产生的问题分析入手,根据旅游管理专业教学目标要求,提出了旅游野外综合实习的设计原则和导向,指出旅游野外实习本身是一个宝贵的教学资源,具有功能多样性。因此对学生的能力培养目标应该多元化,教学灵活多样化,实习过程全程化、范围宽泛化,实习线路应该根据游客心理需求来设计。最后以重庆旅游学院本科学生野外实习为例,进行了实证分析。

Study on the Construction of Field Practice for Tourism Management Major

Field practice of tourism is an important link of tourism management education and a valuable education resource.The article finds that there are five problems about Field Practice of Tourism.Firstly,the purposes of Field Practice are simple,and can't make students think much more.Secondly,the methods of teaching are traditional and lack flexible methods.Thirdly,students become as common tourists,and have no initiative researching chances.Forthly,the tourist practice industry is a high grade,which misguides students.Fifthly,teachers become as if they were nurses.Students can not learn through practice by themselves.Based on the problem analyses of easily appeared in tourist field practice,according to the needs of tourist management education,the article has brought forward how to design the tourist field practice plan,and advises that the targets of the competence training of tourist Field Practice should be diversified.The teaching methods should be flexible and diversified.All the practice process should be used into teaching.The tourist Field practice routine should be designed according to Tourist Psychology.Finally,the paper takes the field practice of Chongqing Tourism College for example and demonstrates the rules of plan tourist field practice.
