独生子女大学生人格塑造与人文素养教育

摘    要:以独生子女为主要群体的青年大学生,是建设和谐社会的主力军和骨干。独生子女大学生由于生长过程中所处的家庭环境、教育环境及社会环境的特殊性而存在着一些人格塑造的问题。加强大学人文素养教育是完善独生子女大学生人格塑造的基本途径和必要手段。具体讲有统筹规划、课程渗透、和谐合作、解决冲突等八条路径。

Abstract:Young university students, with the only children as the primary group, are the main force and the backbone to construct our harmonious society. Affected by the particularity in family environment, education environment and social environment, university students, to some extent, have problems with the personality cultivation. In order to improve the personality cultivation of university students, strengthening humane attainment education is the elementary way as well as the essential measure, among which, specifically, are overall planning, curriculum permeating, harmonious cooperating, conflict solving.
