| 摘 要： | 传统环境保护法把维护人类利益、人际社会秩序和当代人的公平作为价值取向,这些传统的价值取向已经不符合环境时代的要求。环境时代的环境保护法要体现可持续发展的理念,确立人类利益和生态利益并重的利益观;维护人际社会秩序和人与自然生态秩序的秩序观;兼顾代内公平和代际公平的公平观。

| Abstract: | The traditional environmental protect laws formulate how to safeguard the benefit of human,the order among human being and the contemporary equity as their value orientation,which have fallen short of the need of the environment times.The environment protect laws in the environment times should embody the idea how to keep the society a continuate development;to set the benefit idea that pay equal attention the ecological benefit to the human benefit;to keep the social order among the people;to give attention the intragenerational equity to the intergenerational equity. |
