摘    要:本文利用大型多物理场分析软件——ANSYS对双半径辊形下直缝焊管成型第一架成型辊中的应力应变分布规律进行了分析,并与电测实验结果进行了比较,数值模拟与实验得到的管坯的应变分布规律基本一致,为合理地设计焊管机组成型辊的辊型提供了依据.

Abstract:The stress and strain distribution rule of tube in the No. 1 stand of forming rolls under double-radius rolls has been analyzed by muhi-physics analysis software ANSYS and the results were compared with the experimental results. The strain distribution rules of tube which were gained through numerical simulation and experimentation are consistent and this provides the basis for the rational designing of the shape of the forming rolls of the welding tube mill.
