| Abstract: | A method was developed for the determination of free fatty acids in human plasma.The main steps involved in the analysis are derivation with CH 3OH-BF 3 and quantification with capillary column gas chromatography.The overall recovery of the method was found to be higher than 90%.Some analysis results of human plasma samples were also presented. |
