| 摘 要： | 针对水库大坝运行的风险管理、风险预警、风险决策等迫切要求，提出利用可拓模型形式化地描述大坝安全问题，采用物元的概念将研究对象、评估指标和量值结合为一体；基于系统工程的观点，依据菱形思维模式和物元的可拓性，建立大坝安全的可拓策略生成系统．该系统能够通过可拓数据挖掘和可拓推理解决矛盾问题，判定大坝整体安全情况，并根据优度评价准则帮助决策者选择出最优策略，实现了对大坝运行性态的质与量综合刻画，为水库大坝安全决策提供帮助．

| Abstract: | In order to satisfy the urgent demands on dam risk management, risk early warning and risk decision-making, an extension model is put forward to describe dam safety issues formally. Matter element is used to combine research objects, assessment indicators and values. Dam safety extension strategy generating system is built according to the diamond-shaped pattern and the extension of the matter element. The system can solve contradictions through extension data mining and reasoning to determine the overall security situation of the dam. And then the optimal strategy can be obtained based on goodness evaluation criteria. As the comprehensive portrait from quality and quantity is achieved on dam operations; the system achieve has great superiority in dam safety decision-making. |
