MAC-6型金属陶瓷在铜液中的腐蚀行为

摘    要:在实验室中模拟现场使用条件,用坩埚浸渍腐蚀试验,考察了温度、气氛氧分压对MAC-6型金属陶瓷在铜液中腐蚀的影响。解剖现场使用后的金属陶瓷保护管,确认 MAC-6型金属陶瓷保护管是具有抗热震、耐铜液腐蚀性能的新型材料。此研究结果为保护管现场合理使用提供了依据。

Abstract:The investigation was performed in laboratory with actual conditions simulated. Samples were immersed in a crucible contaicting high-temperature copper melt for studying the effects of temperature, atmosphere and the partial pressure of oxygen on MAC-6's corrsion. MAC-6 ceramal protective tube is thus confirmed, through anatomic examination, as a new type of material resistant to both thermal shock and corrosion by copper melt. The result supports the reasonable use of such a protective tube.
