摘    要:油砂是沥青、砂、黏土和水的混合物,随着常规石油资源的减少,油砂这种非常规能源越来越受到人们的关注.油砂含油率是评价油砂矿是否具有开发价值的重要指标之一,以新疆某油砂矿油砂为样品,分别以甲苯、二甲苯、石油醚、甲苯和二甲苯混合液为溶剂,采用Dean-Stark抽提法,考察油砂含油率测定的影响因素,确定了最佳测定含油率的操作条件.

Abstract:The oil sand was a mixture of bitumen, sand, clay and water. With the decrease of conven tional oil resource, the application research on oil sand had been paid more attention in recent years. Oil yield was one of the important judgement standards of oil sands which were worthy of developing. The oil sand obtained from Xinjiang was studied as sample, and the oil yield was measured by Dean-Stark method with toluene, xylene, light petroleum and toluene/xylene mixture as solvents respectively. Meanwhile, the effect of factors on determination result of oil yield were investigated. The optimum operating conditions were obtained.
