Blood Tears and Aspirations Cast Strong Words-- Textual Research on the Writing Place and Time as well as Inherent Value of the Classical Poetry Green Jade Cup Lantern Festival

Chen Liang’s classical poetry “Green Jade Cup Lantern Festival” was written in Zixiao Taoist Temple, Zhiying Town of Yongkang County, Zhejiang Province in the spring of Chunxi sixteen year （1189） during the Southern Song Dynasty. This conclusion can be reinforced from the poetry content, emotional appeal, and the author＆#39;s disappointment and distress mood reflected in the poetry. The conceptive technique of this poem is quite similar to some poem written by Xin Qiji in 1188, which can be verified from the scenery of late spring season inside the poetry. The poetry depicts the important historical context and geographical environment of Zhiying Town of Yongkang in the Southern Song Dynasty and recorded the learning situation of Chen Liang, like reading books, writing poems and playing music. The poem has also important significance to seak the theory source of Chen Liang’ doctrine on the“agriculture and business are the same thing”and“agriculture and business are interactional”.
