白砂糖晶体的显微分析

摘    要:用扫描电镜、能谱仪对白砂糖晶体面作观察研究,发现蔗糖晶体内有独立的包囊体存在,对包囊体进一步观察分析发现,包裹体是由许多杂质微团所组成,包裹体内无机杂质的wt%为Al51.16%,Si23.57%,K11.97%,Ca13.30%。证实了包裹体是白砂糖杂质灰分和色素的主要来源,是影响产产品质量的主要因素。

Abstract:The sections of white sugar crystal were observed and studied with ScanningElectron Microscope and Energy Dispersive X-ray Analysis System. It is discovered thatthere was independent inclusion in white sugar crystal. Furthermore it is found out that inclusion consisted of many assemblage of non-sugar particles and the composition of inorganic non-sugar was Al 51. 16wt%, St 23. 57wt%, K 11. 97wt% and Ca 13. 30wt% in inclusion. It is proved that inclusion were the main source of impurity ash and pigment of whitesugar and principal factor of influnce on product quality.
