物料压缩实验装置的研制

为满足物料压缩课题研究的需要,如垃圾、牧草、棉杆、苜蓿、玉米秸秆等,并使物料得到更好的处理和利用,设计研究并制作出了一套物料压缩实验装置.实验装置用扭力扳手施加力,通过丝杠进行螺旋传动,达到压缩物料的目的.通过传感器、求和放大器和控制显示仪表的配合应用,可以灵活地进行数据采集,有利于对物料压缩特性和压缩规律及其他方面的研究.此物料压缩实验装置不仅对物料模型的研究作用很大,也对生活中物料压缩机构的改进有很重大的意义.

Development of a material compression's experimental device

To meet the need of project study of material compression,such as garbage、herbage、cotton stalk、alfalfa、maize stalk and so on,and make them a better use,a set of material compression experimental device has been designed and produced.The kg torque wrench is used to exert force for this experimental apparatus,the screw is used as a screw drive,then the experimental apparatus achieves the purpose of compressed material.With the application of sensors,summing amplifier and control display instrument,data acquisition becomes flexible.It is beneficial for the study of material compression characteristics,the law of material compression and other aspects.The material compression experimental set not only plays a great role on the material model,but also has a great significance on the improvement of material compression truck device in our life.
