| Abstract: | Starting from necessary reformation of laboratory management system in university and based on the comparation of laboratory management modes,direct management and delegated management are proposed.At the same time,faced with the problems in reformation progress,concrete measurements for improving the management and operation performance of new management modes are introduced. |
