| 摘 要： | 净化空调系统由新风机组、循环机组和送风管道组成,新风机组的作用是为手术室提供新风,并将室外新风进行初步净化及热湿处理后送入循环机组,经新风机组处理的新风和手术室回风在循环机组中再进行过滤及热湿处理后送入手术室。笔者成功设计了某市医院洁净手术室净化空调自动控制系统,并实现该系统的稳定运行。目前该项目设计的自动控制系统先已投入使用,运行效果良好,达到了设计的所有指标,取得了用户的认可。控制系统采用西门子S7-200系列PLC作为控制器,与上位机通过PROFIBUS现场总线技术实现通信。PLC是连接上位机与现场传感器、执行器等的桥梁,向上将底层传感器、变送器采集的温湿度、压差等信号上传至上位机,向下将上位机的控制信号传达给现场执行器。文章重点介绍了洁净手术室净化空调自动控制系统新风机组的组成及实时监控的实现。
