摘    要:设计性实验是学生在教师的指导下独立完成实验设计并实现自己想法的实验,在培养学生的综合素质方面发挥了重要作用。根据微生物实验的特点,在设计性实验的开设程序、选题与内容设计、组织管理、实验总结汇报和实验论文撰写等方面进行了探索与实践。

Abstract:The designing experiment is an experiment carried out by students independently to implement their ideas under the supervision of instructors,which has played a crucial role in the process of cultivating students' comprehensive capabilities.According to the characteristics of the microbiology experiment,we have explored and put into practice the construction of designing experiments in experiment aspects of procedures,subjects and topics selection,experiments organization and management,experimental summary and thesis writing etc.
