摘    要:以淮南市某发电厂净凝水箱的顶升纠倾处理为例,阐述了建筑物纠倾的原理、各种纠偏方法的特点及适宜条件;分析认为净凝水箱发生倾斜的主要原因是由于地基的不均匀沉降和地表水入渗引起的;综合分析场地岩土工程性质和净凝水箱的结构特点,选择顶升纠倾和采用大直径人工挖孔桩对建筑地基进行加固方案,取得了满意效果;重点讨论了顶升纠倾的设计、施工要点,以期对类似工程有参考价值。

Abstract:The rectification of the leaning radiator in a power plant of Huainan City is introduced.Based on the analysis of the site's geotechnical properties and the radiator's structural characteristic,the leaning radiator is rectified through jacking rectification technology and its foundation is stabilized by means of large-diameter manual excavated piles,and good effect is achieved.The common rectification principle and methods are discussed and the key points of jacking rectification in the design and construction are described in detail.It is found that the radiator's inclination was mainly caused by uneven settling of the ground and seepage of the surface water.The presented case may be used for reference in similar projects.
