| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨可靠有效的包皮环切术方法.方法:将浸润麻醉药,即2%利多卡因10 ml 生理盐水40ml 5%碳酸氢钠5ml的混合液体30～40 ml注入阴茎白膜及内外板之间,并使其内、外板自然分离,以美蓝在预定切除的外板上划线.结果:改进方法进行的50例病人术中麻醉效果良好,术后无一例血肿、感染及外观改变.结论:改进的包皮环切术是有效的、可行的、并发症少的一种手术方式.

| Abstract: | Objective: To research a reliable and effective method of posthetomy.Methods: Inject ing infiltrating narcotics(2%lidocaine10ml normal saline 10ml 5% sodium bicarbonate 5ml) into the space between inner and outer plate of albuginea penis,and separating the plates naturally.Drawing a marker line on the preparatorily resected outer plate with methylene blue.Results: Satisfactory anaesthetic effect was acquired in 50 cases,and no hamatoma,infection or appearance change happened.Conclusion: This modified posthetomy is an effective and feasible operation technique with fewer complications. |
