| 摘 要： | 目的：观察森林脑炎病人伴发不自主运动的类型．方法：回顾性调查4年内收治的伴发不自主运动森林脑炎病人的临床资料．结果：森林脑炎病人伴发不自主运动发生率为4％，以震颤、舞蹈动作为主，少数为共济运动障碍及肌阵挛．头颅CT、脑电图及脑脊液异常率较高．结论：森林脑炎病人伴发不自主运动多见于中、重型病人，以锥体外系症状多见，与脑广泛病理变化及软化灶形成有关，治疗效果不佳．

| Abstract: | To observe the type of Involuntary.Movements of Tick-born Encephalitis Methods:To review the clinical material of Tick-born Encephalitis with Involuntary Movements in the later four years.Results:The incident rate of Involuntary Movements is 4%,Most of which are tremor and chorea,and a few of which are ataxia and myoclouns .There are high innormal rate of CT EEG CSF. Conclusion:Tick-born Encephalitis with Involuntary Movements are often seen in the medium and serious case. Most of which are sympyom of Extrapyrammidal system .It is related to the extensive change of cerebrum and the formation of infarction.The effect of treatment is not often effectual. |
