| 摘 要： | 李材作为明朝末年充满悲剧色彩的地方官员,既为明王朝屡立军功,又崇尚学术,创立"止修学说",是广东四大书院之一端溪书院的创始人。李材三次落难都与他兴学有关,其悲剧人生,反映出明朝末年恶劣的政治和社会生态。

| Abstract: | Licai, a local official with tragic color in the late Ming dynasty, not only did he achieve a lot of military exploits for Mint dynasty, but also advocated academy and established Zhixiu theory. He was the founder of Duanxi Academy, one of Guangdong＇s four Academies. He suffered from serious crucifixion four times because of his establishing schools. Licais＇ tragic life is related to wicked political and social ecological environment in the late Mint dynasty. |
